They bought out the Bath Planet franchise that remodeled my 79 year-old bathroom 7 years ago and honored the other company’s warranty by coming out and removing a soap dish I was unhappy with plus insisted on freshening a few things up for FREE! Our tub and surround still look new after 7 years. Now that’s service after the sale. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! Everything worked out well! We sat through and talked about designs and what would work best for our size bathroom. Had fun planning everything and the best part was the price. Well below average pricing and they worked well with us on the payment plans that fit exact to our budget. Didn't have a single problem and would definitely recommend them any day to friends and family.

Followed through with every detail for our tub replacement job. Came on time, very courteous and did good work. Very satisfied. A bit more expensive than we had hoped, but they also gave us a discount after the installation because they did not have to use an electrician that they anticipated would be needed. Nice!

My experience with Bath Planet was pleasant from beginning to end. Setting an appointment was easy, and they were able to schedule in a prompt manner. When the salesman arrived I was greeted with a friendly personality, and a transparent sales estimate. I reached out to several of the similar outfits in the state though Bath Planet beat their price significantly. But don't be afraid by their low prices, their workmanship and integrity keeps you at ease throughout the entire process. As I type this I am enjoying my product installed by Bath Planet with a glass of wine. Can't recommend them enough.
