A warranty we did not have to honor, and did

When the current owners took over the Bath Planet franchise in Arkansas, they took on the customers who came before them too. Here is how one of those homeowners tells it.

I cannot praise this company enough. They bought out the Bath Planet franchise that remodeled my 79 year old bathroom 7 years ago and honored the other company’s warranty by coming out and removing a soap dish I was unhappy with plus insisted on freshening a few things up for FREE! Our tub and surround still look new after 7 years. Now that’s service after the sale. I highly recommend them.
