Elliot Thomas visited us today to show us his product line. We are very impressed with the shower system he offers and his professional presentation. Consequently we will have a new shower in about five weeks. If any of you are looking to update your shower I highly recommend that you give Bath Planet a call.
We are very happy with our new walk in Bath! Ty was wonderful and helped us select the perfect Bath. We shopped around and chose Bath Planet because they offered the best deal. The installers were great as well! It only took 2 days from start to finish!
I cannot praise this company enough. They bought out the Bath Planet franchise that remodeled my 79 year old bathroom 7 years ago and honored the other company’s warranty by coming out and removing a soap dish I was unhappy with plus insisted on freshening a few things up for FREE! Our tub and surround still look new after 7 years. Now that’s service after the sale. I highly recommend them.
I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! And I would like to add "the price was right". Thank you so much for the excellent work!
Everything worked out well! We sat through and talked about designs and what would work best for our size bathroom. Had fun planning everything and the best part was the price. Well below average pricing and they worked well with us on the payment plans that fit exact to our budget. Didn't have a single problem and would definitely recommend them any day to friends and family.
Followed through with every detail for our tub replacement job. Came on time, very courteous and did good work. Very satisfied. A bit more expensive than we had hoped, but they also gave us a discount after the installation because they did not have to use an electrician that they anticipated would be needed. Nice!
My experience with Bath Planet was pleasant from beginning to end. Setting an appointment was easy, and they were able to schedule in a prompt manner. When the salesman arrived I was greeted with a friendly personality, and a transparent sales estimate. I reached out to several of the similar outfits in the state though Bath Planet beat their price significantly. But don't be afraid by their low prices, their workmanship and integrity keeps you at ease throughout the entire process. As I type this I am enjoying my product installed by Bath Planet with a glass of wine. Can't recommend them enough. Although I feel this bath remodel will last me through my final years, I hope you all take my word and give them a shot. Thanks Bath Planet, my overall stress levels and anxiety have greatly decreased since receiving your services.

Looks great, and especially enjoy the shower head. Added about 8 inches of width to the shower. Job completed in one day.
I followed a lead for seniors needing safer bath options. Derek came and showed me great options and great discount. I am going to be getting rid of my black mold and having the walk in shower with safety bars I need. Fisnsncing was super easy. Now looking forward to the install.

We had Trey come out to take a look at our shower project. He was very professional and helped us find a solution that fit our needs and budget.
We had a 1994 bath/shower replaced. The sales person (Victoria) was knowledgeable and answered all questions. The installation crew was great and the job was done in a day. They checked with us constantly throughout the install to be sure thing such as grab bars and the niche were placed to our satisfaction. They were very careful of our flooring while taking out the old tub and bringing in the new matrials.

He was kind, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I wish I had purchased a walk in tub 5 years ago. The Bath Planet tub with the water jets, aroma and light therapy is the top of the line product. The removal of my old tub and installation of the new one was less than 8 hours. The new tub looks like it is part of the original equipment built into the house. Super job and very friendly and professional installers.

The love the shower I love the big handle bars they put in and I love the shower big head and the hand held one to. And I love because I don’t slide in it I’m not afraid that I might fall.

Completely satisfied with workmanship! I didn't compare prices. Seems high, but, it took a lot of work to get the old shower and tub out. My bathroom was cleaned up after work was completed. I would refer Bath Planet to anybody that asked and use them again myself. After all the poor workmanship in this house by other service providers, you have given me a reason to trust that the job will be completed and done correctly. Thank you!!

Excellent job! An amazing experience! I have never worked with a remodel company that was so amazing! They really cared about what we wanted! The installer was amazing, he ask to make sure where we wanted our seat, handles, shelf everything! He even went as far as to measure my leg length to make sure the seat was perfectly placed. He worked straight through did not even stop for lunch!! Great job! Done in just over 8 hours!!! We Love it!! Amazing company to work with from start to finish!!!
Upgraded from shower/tub to shower, which was a great investment. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. They were very professional, polite, and took the time to make sure everything was where I wanted it to be, such as the height of the shower head and the position of the shelving. We are loving the new shower! Thanks Ba’ath Planet. I would definitely recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas.
