What we collect

When you fill out a form or chat with us, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, project details and any message. We also note the page you were on and how you found us (for example a search ad or a link) so we know which of our marketing works.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule your consultation and follow up about your project. If you checked the consent box, we may call, text or email you, including with automated technology, as described next to the box. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask us to stop contacting you.

Tools on this site

• Google Analytics 4. How people use the site: pages viewed, time on page, rough location, device and browser, and the events we track (form sends, call taps, email taps, consultation clicks). Uses cookies.
• Google Ads conversion tracking. Whether a visit came from one of our Google ads and whether it led to a call or form. Uses cookies. Turned off for ads purposes if you opt out below or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
• Google Tag Manager. A loader that runs the Google tools above. It does not collect anything on its own.
• Channel Automation chat widget. The chat bubble on every page. It records your chat messages and any name, phone or email you type into it, so our team can reply.
• Microsoft Clarity. Records how visitors use pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can fix what is confusing, and links a form send to that session so we can verify how consent was given. Form fields you type into are masked.
• Consent record. When you send a form, a copy of what you entered, the consent wording shown next to the checkbox, whether you checked it, and the time, your IP address and your browser are stored by our marketing partner, NEU Media Group, as a record of your consent to be contacted.
• TrustedForm by ActiveProspect. When it is turned on for our forms, it records your form session (what was shown and typed, and when) to create a certificate that verifies your consent to be contacted.
• RealWork Labs. The project map and feed on our Recent Projects page. It loads from RealWork on that page only.
• YouTube and Facebook. Our videos and Facebook feed load from YouTube and Facebook only after you tap them. Until then nothing is sent to them. Maps on showroom pages work the same way with Google.

Sharing

We do not sell your information for money. We share it with the service providers listed above and with partners who help us serve you, such as financing companies when you apply, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of ad tracking and turn off ads cookies for your visits.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
